How ordering works
This website does not take payment. You send us an enquiry list, and we reply with a written quotation showing availability, lead time, delivery cost and the final price. Nothing is ordered until you accept that quotation.
Lead times
Ideal Lux fittings are supplied from UK or Italian stock, or made to order. Your quotation states the expected lead time for every line, and we tell you straight away if it changes.
Delivery costs
Delivery is charged at cost and shown on your quotation before you order. We deliver across the UK mainland; ask us about the Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and international delivery.
On delivery
Please check deliveries on arrival and tell us about any damage or shortages within 48 hours, with photos, so we can put things right quickly.
