If you are a consumer
If you order as a private customer at a distance (online, by email or phone), you can normally cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods should be returned unused, in their original packaging. Items made or modified to your specification may be excluded. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Trade and project orders
Returns on trade and project orders are agreed in writing and may carry a restocking charge set by the manufacturer. Made-to-order items cannot usually be returned.
Faulty or damaged goods
Tell us as soon as possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights and the Ideal Lux warranty.
