How big should it be?
Add the room length and width in metres and multiply by 10 for a rough diameter in centimetres. A 5 m × 6 m room suits a pendant around 110 cm across. Over a table, keep it at least 30 cm narrower than the table on each side.
How high should it hang?
Keep at least 2.1 m clear headroom where people walk underneath. In a double-height space, hang it so it can be seen from the upper floor.
Weight and ceiling fixing
Large pendants can be heavy. Check the net weight on the product page and ask your electrician to confirm the fixing before ordering.
